Today might be Seiichi's lucky day as it turns out. It's not like Sougo personally knows the elderly person that he happens to be looking for, or would be able to tell him where they happen to live, but with an address he can at least use his very modern phone with actual GPS to do a quick search for it. There's a fifty-fifty shot he'll recognize the street name too at least. He's used to wandering around all over the place here.

The problem is that Sougo also doesn't exactly have supernatural abilities, so while Seiichi fails to reveal himself to the passing humans, Sougo has yet to notice him as he hums to himself, pushing his bike along beside him instead of riding it.
