Someone that manages to escape death would be of an interest to anybody, to be honest, but somebody that manages to escape death is of even more interest to somebody that is looking to escape hell themselves. If this person has been able to escape the dossier somehow, maybe there is something within them or someone that helped them that would be able to assist Seiichi with reincarnating himself despite all of the laws he's broken to this point.

It started not long ago when he stole a dossier off another shinigami and noticed that one of the pages was active but also inactive at the same time. The image was greyed out and a lot of the information had been redacted. It wasn't anything he had seen before. Between the other dossiers he has been finalizing, he has dedicated quite some time to locating the person in that greyed out image and he's finally found her.

Seemingly enjoying a tourist life in the middle of Tokyo. He isn't sure if she really was just so carefree or just doesn't realize the extend of the gift she's been given. Regardless, he's going to approach her and find out just what her story is.
